Goal-setting metaphysics in strategizing

In the article existence as the main value of systems of subject type and, respectively, their safety as the main system objective of activity and the development propeller is considered. The maintenance of safety is defined by interests, i.e. requirements and values of the subject. It is offered to build practical policy according to the system principles of a goal-setting, and the initial purpose is ensuring performance of a role of the person in the Universe
