The labor market in rural municipalities of the Oryol Region: problems and prospects

The need of rural municipalities' labor market investigation is considered in the article. A significant part of the population is living in rural areas of the Oryol region. The high role of the agricultural sector in the economy of the region is affected the functioning of the labor market in rural municipalities. The current situation on the labor market in rural municipalities Oryol region is complicated and requires the implementation of complex measures to improve agriculture staffing and industry competitiveness.
