Assessment of quality of institutional environment of private property relations in modern Russia

In the article various approaches to an assessment of quality of the institutional environment of the relations of a private property and their influence on economic development of modern Russia are considered. It is offered to estimate a representativeness of indicators of quality of the institutional environment with use of the theory of indistinct and linguistic variables. The conclusion is drawn on the maximum degree of importance in this representative group of criterion of extent of protection of a private property
