Formulation of methodological approach to forecasting of economic risks in supporting of national food supply security in recognition of cycle nature of agricultural system development

In the article research of stability of the agro-food system, based on studying of existential regularities of recurrence of development of agriculture as main component of system of food security is presented. For justification of recurrence of processes in agriculture by means of the spectral analysis the mathematical model of forecasting on the basis of the analysis of temporary ranks of productivity grain in the European part of Russia for the last 130 years is considered.
