Selection and efficiency assessment of projects in transport infrastructure for the implementation of PPP

In the article the problem of selection and an assessment of efficiency of projects in the sphere of transport infrastructure for their realization on the basis of the mechanism of state-private partnership is considered. Possible alternative scenarios of implementation of projects are chosen as criteria of such assessment. As a result of the conducted research the algorithm of selection and an assessment of efficiency of projects in Russia at federal level which can be used by regional and local authorities as a methodological reference point are offered.
