In the article topical issues of permission of the role conflicts at the enterprise, the ways of their decision with application of new modern information technologies and innovative approaches to training of heads and managers of the enterprises are described. The conclusion is drawn that development of the organization and formation of an administrative link is possible through self-development of the personality and psychological readiness of each subject of collective to change the behavior for increase of competitiveness of the organization in the market.
