In article the indicators, allowing systematizing society losses from drug-business within the region are considered. Problems of determination of the size of the drug-market and its social and economic consequences for society are studied. The assessment of losses of society from drug-business on the example of Krasnoyarsk area is given, the conclusion is drawn on the need of special organizational and legal and social and economic measures for the prevention and drug traffic reduction.
