Costs and benefits of corporative investments in human capital: problems of definition and evaluation

In the article the main reasons complicating unambiguous definition and a correct assessment of expenses and benefits for corporate investments into the human capital are considered. The critical analysis of the methods applied now to the corresponding measurements and estimates is carried out. The conclusion is drawn on expediency of use for these purposes of the integrated approach combining application both of cost, and not cost (qualitative) indexes.
