In the article the problems and prospects of development of the Russian market of antiques are considered. On the basis of the analysis of world experience of investments into portable assets and problems of legislative base existing in Russia the conclusion is drawn that economic safety of transactions with antiques for the purpose of decrease in various risks needs to be considered as part of the general system of national security of the state.
