In response to the ever growing needs in the storage and processing of data are all great position occupied by information and telecommunication systems, operating on the basis of cloud computing technology. In this case, the key point in the use of cloud computing is the problem of information security. In the article the approach to the risk analysis, used at making decision on migration of critical data in cloudy infrastructure of the organization is offered.
