Transformation of functions of strategic reserves in conditions of global monetary and financial crisis

In the article it is considered the main functions of the state reserves. The policy of the certain countries in the field of management of strategic stocks is analyzed. The results of activity of the international organizations directed on formation of uniform policy on management of the state stocks of raw materials are estimated. The creation of a new financial asset, ensuring that may become strategic reserves is offered.
