In the article it is noted that on the basis of the developed systematization of levels of competitiveness of stock market the author defines competitiveness of the Russian stock market and gives an assessment of prospects of its development. The presented approach can be used in developing a complex of actions for increase of competitiveness of the Russian stock market.
