Analysis of interested parties as element of strategy of multi-subject financing of investments into human capital

Due to the fact that Russia is far behind developed countries in terms of investment in human capital in general and in the field of higher professional education in particular, development of strategy of multi-subject financing of investments into the human capital is actual. In the article the results of the analysis of the parties interested in implementation of offered strategy as an important element of strategic planning in this sphere are presented.
