In the article the problem of drug threat and the drug threat in Russia, the CIS and the SCO are considered. It is noted that the prevention of drug menace in education among young people, students, and students should be a priority of national policy. The methods of prevention and control of drug threat for the preservation and development of intellectual capital of Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS member states are offered.
