Fight against corruption in Russia: problems demand decision

In the article an essence of corruption existing in science and official documents became into threat of national security are analyzed. It is concluded that the theoretical and practical importance in aspect of definition of adequate measures of criminal and legal impact on corruption in the Russian Federation. It is noted that the national anti-corruption legislation presses further improvement.
