Effective use of information coming from different sources in the field of tourism is an important and challenging task. Managers often have to make decisions based on partial, incomplete and inaccurate information. In the article knowledge management in a rapidly changing environment for the task of promoting tourist product are considered. Neural network technology allows efficient formation of a client profile, and use the information available in databases.
