Small business in Russia: state support or ruin?

State support of entrepreneurship as an important tool institutional development of small business is considered. The popular forms and the directions of support of MSP are allocated. The conclusion is drawn that the measures directed on stimulate of small business, bring limited results, and development of business is characterized by extreme discrepancy. The problems of small business in system of the taxation and financing which not simply constrain are presented, and influence it is destructive.
