In the article the features of functioning of the enterprise as socio-ecological-economic system of enterprise in a context of the concept of a sustainable development and a guarantee of ensuring economic safety are considered. The need of management by economic safety of the enterprise in the economic, social and ecological directions for harmonization of all measurements of system development is proved.
