In the article from positions of logistic approach the manufacturing defensive enterprises as systems which unite all phases of a reproduction cycle are considered. Weak positive dynamics of the main economic indicators of manufacturing enterprises causes expediency of development of tools of reduction of negative impact of the environment which is based on the concept "System balance and flow visibility" and the principles of development of logistic system of the enterprises.
