Public-private partnership as factor of diversification of activity of small enterprise in relation system (state - large, medium, small business)

In the article the directions of development of small enterprise in Ukraine, the mechanisms of interaction between the government and business are investigated. After the analysis the problems and contradictions of internal and external types that prevent small businesses from realizing their potential are identified. It is proved that the most effective form of relations between the state and small business is a partnership, and its vector is directed at the support of the government and the interest of entrepreneurs to work in the leading branches of the economic complex.
