Lack of investment and misallocation of funds in the housing sector today has led to a very critical sector for the depreciation of fixed assets (the average for Russia - up to 50-60%). The most part of networks water - and heat supplies, sewerages is in great need in overhaul, and considerable part – in immediate replacement. On the basis of analysis of experience “utilities” “Holmskoe” demonstrated the possibility of upgrading the water supply system of fixed assets.
