American strategy in Afghanistan after 2014: stability or new coil of instability in the central Asia region?

In the article it is analyzed: the results of foreign military presence in Afghanistan and problems of their withdrawal; strategy of the USA devoted to Afghanistan and possible the Central - Asia situation scenarios after 2014; the positions of Russia and China in relation to those scenarios. Possible joint steps of the international actors into the interests of stabilization situation in Afghanistan and in the region are offered.
