In the article the problem of information security examined. An overview of the laws governing the participants' electronic document to protect personal and business data is carried out. The results of a study on the assessment of the real situation in the field of information security in companies and healthcare facilities in Chelyabinsk are presented. The recommendations that enable secure information against loss, theft and distribution are offered.
