The problem of creating integrated cluster structures in military-industrial complex

The problem of creation of high-tech integrated structures in the defense industry is now acquired greater urgency because of the terms of the modernization of the Russian economy. The main barriers to the creation of integrated cluster structures are defined. It is concluded that the creation of clusters of high-tech industries would solve most of their problems and to accelerate the process of Russia's transition to a «knowledge economy».
