Problems of trust in creating the Russian innovation system

In the article the problem of the relationship between the level of competitiveness of the country, the level of trust in society and the degree of economic freedom of the population are investigated. According to the author, there are no effective mechanisms to encourage innovative activity, as there is no reliable estimate of the results of investment in innovation. Ii is concluded that the formation of more favorable social climate for innovation.
