Methodological aspects of intellectual rent territorial innovation clusters

The article on the example of territorial innovation clusters investigates the mechanism of formation and distribution of intellectual rent. It is shown how the basic characteristics of the cluster effect on innovation performance and the ability of innovative rents appropriation. The features of the appropriation of innovative rents in clusters of various types are revealed. The development directions provisions for the formation and distribution of intellectual rent in cluster, as well as separate measures aimed at improving the current rent policy of Russia in the field of intellectual capital.
