Development of self-organization processes in reforming group of companies

The article is devoted to the problems of reforming the group of companies. The group of companies could have great potential, but to realize the potential the group has to be reformed. Reforming the company should be careful, because the harsh reform methods can permanently affect the corporate culture, which could then result in significant financial losses. One should reform the group in such way, that its capacity will be expanded and implemented.
