Analysis of practice of intellectual capital in the organizations of the Russian Federation

Annually the number of the Russian industrial organizations introducing practice of management of the intellectual capital (IC) grows. However this experience is formed mainly on the basis of use of foreign practice of management. Moreover, neither heads, nor shareholders, and also don't know interested parties as well as how to apply instruments of measurement known abroad and IK estimates as the received results are compared and as they are used in management.
