On modernization adequacy of economic system of Russia in context of new economy

Now the ideas of innovation, creativity and modernization are the popular in Russia. Whether it is capable of leading the Russian society to the new economy? In the article the problem of compliance of declared intentions on transfer of national economy to a modernization way of development to a real situation is considered. Despite external attention from the Russian authorities to ideas of new technological way, the domestic economy still remains at the pre-innovative stage of development.
