In the article basic theoretical provisions on the state financial control are investigated, and the features of its realization concerning the income and expenses of individuals are disclosed. In particular, the elements of the income and population expenses which are objects of control are shown. Set of the factors influencing efficiency of control of the income and expenses of the population is analyzed.
