The article is devoted to the problems of integration into the world economy of the fuel and energy complex of friendly Russian former Soviet republics through the international clustering of national energy companies and complexion of export package of basic energy resources with the capacity of energy supply and energy transit through the Euro -Asian segment trans continental energy infrastructure on the basis of the electric power, oil and gas transportation systems in Russia.
