Standardization and certification as tools for stimulating the development of wind power in China

In the article the research of mechanisms of stimulation of development of wind power in China and an assessment of their efficiency in country comparison are carried out. The mechanisms of stimulation of development of high-tech industries of economy most widespread now in world practice are tax incentives and preferences, subsidizing of researches and development in the corresponding fields of knowledge, creation of favorable institutional conditions and production incentives. On the example of China it is shown that in the countries with state regulation of economy standardization and the certification being drastic measures of formation of an institutional landscape, are the most effective mechanisms of stimulation.
