Innovation infrastructure as a regional development support system «technological corridor» (illustrated housing sector)

In the article according to the modern features of the Russian economy the essence and the economic content of activity of new economic structures as a part of innovative infrastructure of regional development is presented. Their basic purpose is in implementation of multilevel support of innovative ideas throughout all chain of an innovative cycle – from its origin and before practical realization in this or that innovative product or technology. Innovative development and increase of management efficiency by reproduction of housing stock have to become defining links of modernization of the sphere of the housing and communal services (HCS) which need of carrying out ripened long ago, especially regarding increase of energy efficiency of existing housing stock.
