Alcohol abuse by young people as threat of national security of Russia

One of the main national challenges is harmful alcohol use. It can be even more worrying about because young people, who are resources for future economics, become more involved to the problem.
     This article is aimed to demonstrate the scope of alcohol abuse problem with focus on young people. According to the analysis both positive and negative trends in alcohol consumption by young people are discovered. It is recommended to take into consideration under public policy making some features of young people alcohol use.
