Asset management as mechanism to resolve the contradictions in law on deputy status

The Russian legislation on the status of the deputy contains a number of the moments demanding settlement. It concerns a ban and restrictions for the parliamentarian on implementation of commercial activity, the rights to participation in governing bodies of economic societies, situations of emergence of the conflict of interests during office activity. In the article the questions of observance of the legislation of the status of the deputy in connection with the mechanism of trust management by property are considered.
