Structural model of interaction of two groups of managers during project implementation

In the article the structural model of communication of two groups of managers during implementation of the project is presented, representing the customer and the performer, based on a hypothesis of stronger influence of negative results of communication on an indicator of communication complexity and the further course of the project as compared to positive. The model represents the formalization of communicative acts of the managers planning operations of the project and supervising their performance, distribution considering them in time and based on use of concepts of instant and cumulative communication complexity.
