Impact of trends in international division of labor on formation of national innovation system

In the article two forms of the international division of labor are considered: international specialization and production cooperation. They are presented as two interdependent and dialectically opposite tendencies. For creation in Russia of the full-fledged national innovative system (NIS) it is necessary to follow within the state corporations to those tendencies in cooperation of production and the sphere of scientific development which are observed within financial and industrial groups.
