In the article the problems of transformation of organizational, economic and other mechanisms of formation Trans-European - Russian-Asian electrical power infrastructure are considered. The analysis is carried out on the basis of the energy sector of Russia with a support on quasi - the integrated Russian power cluster including power production and power transit. Expediency of formation of an integrated power grid of the Customs union with a rod role of the Russian power generation and power networks are revealed.
