Priority directions of development of participatory mechanism in Russia's public administration

In the article author's approach to formation and development of the participatory mechanism as one of obligatory parts of modern public management is presented. Concrete definition of the participatory mechanism with identification and justification of a number of characteristic signs is opened. As the dominant modalities of participatory mechanism are defined ensure information transparency of public authorities. Reference points are revealed and the recommendations on development of the participatory mechanism for improvement of activity of bodies of the public power and improvement of life quality of the population are offered.
