In the article it is shown that the global changes of world economy and escalating value of an innovative component of its development predetermine increase of a role of the higher education as the major factor defining success of advance of the country in the international market of the latest technologies and competitiveness of the state on the world scene. Innovative development of branch became one of the priorities of the state policy in education.
