In the article the ecological aspects of economic activity, types and features of the nature protection technologies constraining their mass introduction are designated. The indicators of an assessment of an acceptability of innovations by criteria of advantage and availability, a technique of an assessment and matrix reception of visualization of the results of the strategic analysis are offered.
