Housing package financing as mechanism of solving the housing problem in Russian Federation

Despite ongoing carried-out social and economic reforms, the problem of housing providing citizens of the Russian Federation while remains not solved. Now a large number of the ministries, departments and agencies are involved in a solution of the housing problem each of which is engaged only in any one aspect and their interaction has not system, separate character. In the article the new complex funding mechanism for the housing which purpose is providing the greatest number of citizens of the Russian Federation with own housing is offered.
