Problems of reforming Russian higher school: view from inside

The reforming of higher school is a priority task in terms of Russia's national interests, without which decision it is impossible to create the competitive innovative economy based on knowledge in our country. Our vision in what forms could be implemented the reform of higher education in the regions of Russia, the professor with a forty-year experience of scientific and pedagogical activity in one of large technical universities of the Southern federal district represents.
