Increase of efficiency of activity of the organizations of defense industry complex is carried out now, in particular, by means of introduction of modern mechanisms of cooperation of the state and business. In the article the main signs of state-private partnership in defense industry complex, the characteristics of participants of state-private partnership and their function are considered. The special attention is paid to the analysis of specific risks of the state and business at implementation of the projects of state-private partnership in defense industry complex
