In the article on the basis of the analysis of modern researches of ancient history and events XX of a century under angle of the new ecological and economic facts incompatibility of fascism and socialism is justified. The ways of progress of the state as ecological system are revealed, backgrounds of incompatibility of interests of the states as the formations defending interests of the citizens are resulted, standing above the good of the state and is the basis for the unification of the states to solution of problems in human survival is presented.
