In according to the President's Decree RF dated July 18, 2008 "On Improvement of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" the scientific concept of the development of the civil legislation is developed and on its basis the project of changes in the civil code of the Russian Federation is created. But, domestic legislator completely does not consider in his legislation activity, and especially during the adoption of civil laws, their position, in this connection he proves, that federal the law from 03.12.2011 ? of 380-FZ accepted "On Business Partnerships" is not entered in the mentioned concept and does not have positive prospect for the economic activity.
