System of the address with solid household waste in the Russian North

In the article the problems connected with creation of an effective control system of solid household waste are considered. In the analysis specifics of northern regions as from the point of view of stabilization and improvement of an ecological situation, and improvement of social and economic policy is considered. The assessment of possibility of introduction of selective collecting garbage for decrease in the economic expenses connected with the formation of tariffs for waste is given.
