In the article the attention to need of development and improvement of operating economic instruments of stimulation of the nature protection activity of the Russian industrial enterprises for ensuring ecological safety is focused. The need of introduction in the Russian Federation obligatory ecological insurance as perspective instrument of environmental protection is justified.
