The process of acceptance by the individuals of decisions on implementation of expenses, and also all the structure of expenses of citizens as a whole is under the influence of the various factors. One of such factors is the tax solutions of the state causing tax safety in the country. In the article influence of the tax solutions of the state on a tax on the income of the individuals, a vehicle tax and the property tax on expenses of the individuals in the Russian Federation is investigated.
