Institutional approach to the formation of innovative capital industry in the economy of clustering

In the article it is shown that the application of institutional approach allows to show interrelation of innovative potential and the innovative capital of the industrial enterprises. Implementation of innovative activity by the industrial enterprises in the conditions of a cluster allows to receive the maximum result of formation of the innovative capital. The calculations of innovative potential and assessment of the innovative capital on the example of the industrial enterprises of Krasnodar Krai are presented.
